Dear Sir,
Hope you are doing well. I am from Rawalpindi, last week i visited Saddar branch the one and bought two pair of dress shoes M-BF-BRS-0008 and paid through debit card. They charged me Rs.5500 for each pair of shoe. Actually i had two buy two black pairs but unfortunately they were not present so I bought different colors of same name black and brown. I visited to commercial market branch for buying some sandals and i just asked the price of the same pair i bought from Saddar. The sales man said Rs.4500 i was shocked and went to counter to confirm whether he said Rs. 4500 or not. Then by confirming from his system i got to know about that different branches are charging different prices.
I explained the matter to the cashier and he explained that the price in our system have not been updated yet actually he was trying to save the other employee. There’s some issues from 1-2 days, However more than 6 days were passed.
The matter was about Rs.2000 for me. Its not easy to earn money these days at the time of high inflation. I visited to Saddar branch again and asked to return it and get a refund and told him the prices in commercial branch. He insulted my mother and told him it’s not his doings. He talked to my mother in loud tone. Branch Manager of commercial was sitting in Saddar branch, his name was Talib Hussain. We made him call Commercial branch and asked if the price is Rs.4500 there and it actually was so he got quiet. He was very rude to my mother. Then after too much argument we returned the shoes and got refund.
Then we again went to commercial branch to buy the same pair as i actually liked it, but they already had changed the price tag in shoes to Rs.5500.
However, it was still the same in system and they were saving each other that they might loose the job. I had to attend and event so i had to buy those shoes. So i bought them at Rs.5500 again i had no other choice after too much insult of me and my mother. I had to buy two pairs but they only had one left in their go-down, so the next day i went to saddar branch not the same one but the other one, and there the price was Rs.5000. i just bought the shoe. Three different branches, three different prices what the hell is going on at Ndure. A very bad customer service, rude and misbehaving employees, this is not what we expect from this brand. I can tolerate anything but he insulted my mother. I am gonna file a complain to FBR and sue for this. I don’t have first invoice but i have screenshots of transaction. I am attaching all the three transaction details with this email you can verify the same item number and dates and amount form the invoices. I want a compensation for his misbehavior and refund.
