I ordered 3 suits for my children. When I received the parcel from TCS and made the payment, I opened it, and I found that one suit was missing. I immediately informed the delivery boy that a suit was missing and I had ordered 3 suits, and I had made the payment for 3 suits. TCS representatives then said it was not their fault, and they wouldn’t take the parcel back because I had already opened it. TCS also provided the contact of “NightSuit.pk” I had tried contacting the phone numbers provided on the order, but no one was answering. I am sharing this to ensure that such deception doesn’t happen to anyone else.
