I’ve had my Lumia 830 since start 2016 and I noticed that the main Lumia Camera (as well as other apps that use the camera such as the flashlight) is not working. Instead the camera displays a dark screen and a pop up window stating “something went wrong”, and the camera’s flash that acts as the flashlight is not working at all. I’ve tried multiple solutions posted on other threads and forums, such as checking/installing new updates, ensuring both the camera and microphone options are selected in the ‘app permissions’ section of the phone’s settings, and resetting the phone, but nothing seems to be solving the problem. The front camera is working as normal though. I have already one time got repaired for same issue and facing issue again.
Second issue is also airplane mode gets automatically on and I had to restart again and again.
I have sent to nokia for warranty repair Now it’s been many days, no solution to the issues. they say they can try as they haven’t parts of this phone,
Very disappointed about their products and services I suggest you to please replace my phone as soon as possible.
