I visited NSC F 10 Branch today to get my tax deduction certificate at first the man sitting on the counter I don,t know his name with a beard and turban was very rude when I went to the manager and told him that the staff at the counter is rude instead of rectifying the matter the manager retaliated in a tone worse than his staff member . He sai Madam in all offices staff behaves like this . And than he started mumbling rude words under his breath he continued with this Behavior till I left the centre. I was so upset is this what this manager is being paid for to be rude to customers.If he is being paid by the govt of Pakistan than he should behave and cater to the clients needs instead of being rude and disrespectful.
