Very Very poor service i ever seen. I don’t know why NTL have useless staff. By mistake i choose this service and booked a parcel from Korea to pakistan as on 25-01-2017 but not yet received in pakistan. No any tracking information, no any update from their useless stupid staff and also no one attending my call. When i call, their staff use only on excuse that your shipment is under custom process and take 2 days.
Such a bad bad and bad service as well as staff. I will give -100 in rank.
