I don’t know why I should visit the branch i already send you my NTN no and you have to confirm from FBR why you wasting your customer time .
I am with standard chartered bank last more than 15 years. Take advice from your senior management.it is very easy to say visit your branch.
I am not dealing with any local bank. Or ask your country manager for the procedures
