I face misbehaviour from your staff during the telephonic inquiries.he calls me and told me that i collect my parcel from tcs office.He himself dont deliver my parcel at my home.and talk with me unmannerly,, according to him ‘he is not responsible to deliver the parcel at customer’s home. he has no manner how to deal even don’t know how to talk with customer’s.
