THE TCS scotter rider delivered the envelopes to the CHOKIDAR and didnt deliver the same to me personally , my floor is on first floor and this is the duty of the rider to deliver the same to me personally instead of deliver to the third person which has been viewed by me seriously, please instruct your rider to deliver the same personally because this is their duty dont you think so they paid for it to deliver for the safe receiving of the letter to the addressee and not to the third party please instruct him that in future please dont deliver the letter/consignment to third party and come forward personally, please confirm the same to me on my email address
