Over charged Lahore
Dear sir,
Today morning I have booked a ride in Lahore estimate was Rs.230 but Careem charge at the end Rs. 1429, also still my history is not updated with last ride that is unfair please accommodate as I am regular coustumer of Careem
Same thing happened to me on 21st March in Lahore. I was charged Rs.1131 that day. I have filed numerous complaints to careem but of no use. My amount is still not refunded.
I’m thinking to avoid using careem from now onwards.
Same thing happened to me last month when the captain charged me 2100 RS for a ride which costs me less then 500 max…..made multiple complaints
Ride doesn’t appear in my history
i get pre written replies saying sorry for inconvenience and 45 days if passed we cannot assist
Although still 45 days have not passed
Careem is fast losing credibility
By their approach of monopoly behaviour
Care a damn approach

Same happenes to me ,driver overly charged me and the data is still not in my history of fare and driver and ride and ,the driver was also not registered
