PAID CHARGES AGAINST WRONG PRODUCT
i have online ordered of GLASS PROTECTOR OF INFINIX ZERO 3 MOBILE on 18-10-2016 through cell number 0323-4247881 and received mail on 22-10-2016 in evening. i PAID CHARGES agaist this order before checking. when i open the box and saw the PRODUCT which received WRONG because i ordered GLASS PROTECTOR OF INFINIX ZERO 3 MOBILE while received another glass protector. i complained same to Mr. Masood at 5.25pm on 22-10-2016 with complain number 957268 and he said that i will received call from their complain department but still no one contact with me.
i have already online purchsed 3-mobiles + pouch + glass PROTECTOR from draz.com.pk but now i am sorry to say that no one attend my complain regarding glass PROTECTOR which priced PAID to you.
i need GLASS PROTECTOR OF INFINIX ZERO 3 MOBILE or reverse the payment of Rs.301/-
