the staff especially manager operational has diversified type of behaviour towards customers i.e behave very gently with ladies while he shoves male customers to other staff members. sometimes they implement token system but on the other time ignoring all rule & regulations. i am talking about your branch in Chhorr Chowk rwp. branch code 0609
