It is to inform that i have booked e ticket # 24125115 on Pakistan Railway app using my easypaisa account # 0303-6820043 on 17 Nov 2022 from Pattoki to Rawalpindi on Khyber mail 1UP but due to my schedule, i have to cancel my above-mentioned ticket. Presently i have not received my refund amount Rs.1390. You are requested to look into this matter and refund my due amount on priority please.
