I have booked 2 seats today (12:49 pm through pakistan railways android app) from Multan to Lahore on Musa Pak for date 09-12-23 coach number 5 and seats number 19 & 20 and payment made through my jazzcash number 03088705051 of Rs. 2014. Payment deduction message was received but tickets confirmation message or email not received. Payment deduction sms is attached for reference. thanks
