I booked a seat from Rawalpindi on 46DN Pakistan Express (6:00 AM, 22 May 2025) via the Rabta app. Due to a route change by the railway, I was unable to travel. I contacted Rabta support via email, but despite repeated attempts, the issue remains unresolved.
Other passengers at the station who faced the same issue were issued full refunds, even after departure. However, since I booked online, I was told to go through the app — which only offers a partial refund, even though this was clearly a railway-side issue.
The Rabta team failed to acknowledge the inconsistency and unfair treatment between online and station bookings. This kind of service is not only unhelpful but completely disregards customer fairness and accountability.
I respectfully demand a full refund, as done for other passengers affected by the same rerouting. I also request that the policies be revised to treat online bookings with the same rights and support as station bookings.
