I traveled from Lahore to Rawalpindi on 18.09.2018 by 105up rawal Express in business class cabin 6. It’s most horrible traveling with fear due to high vibration and horizontal movement of cabin. Most of the time during these horrible movement, I felt that train will left track.
Secondly, a continuous noice of striking some iron rod with wheel makes me crazy. I am regular Traveller and prefer Pakistan Railways but did not face such horrible traveling. I paid more than double fare for business class by economy class for comfortability.
Please investigate that either it’s due to some maintenance irresponsibility or some other problem by keeping in view that it’s your responsibility and duty to give safe and comfortable traveling to your passengers.
