I booked parcel for UK on Tuesday 2nd April 2019 and it will delivered on Friday 5th april 2019. But u have charged some charges on it which were not informed to me at the time of booking the parcel. Your booking staff of Colony gate branch are highly unprofessional they don’t guide me about these charges. I m very much disappointed with your service. Now in UK 79 pounds charged as some duty and without pay it off the parcel will not deliver to my family. Kindly make your service better.
