Reference: TCS Parcel (Tracking No. 1067599838)
It is submitted that the reference parcel was collected by myself from the TCS Area Office of Multan (at Kachehry / Tareen Road). Your Organization namely TCS failed to deliver and failed to even contact on my cell phone 0345-7307031 (as was written on the package) and instead wrote a comment ‘UNABLE TO CONTACT’.
May I ask the reasons that:
1- Why the parcel was not delivered at my home whereas previously such parcels were delivered?
2- Why I was not contacted on my Cell Phone?
3- Why the Shipper Mr. Gul Manan was even not contacted on his cell phone?
