Dear Sir/Madam,
I request to you i was applied my passport Ondate 16-Feb-2017 In karachi saddar office token no 61. but not issue my passport from the islamabad my all record is clear and also i was submited all clearance prove in 2007.and you was issue my passport on 2008. and i have to again my passport but again blacklisted. please check my all records and kindly issue my passport because my family waiting for my passport we went to go from umrah with my family.I was again and again email but not responce your department.I am humbly request for you please resolve my case and quickly issue my passport.i hope you will quick responce and resolve my case as soon as possible issue my passport I will waiting your early reply.
