i am holder of account# 05450020507001.this is a joint account UZMA Shehzad and Shehzad ahmed Hameed with model town branch lahore.i made two calls between 11:05am to 11:15am for activation of my debit card with last for digit has 3107.first i talk to MS sherin Sheikh from my office #042-99213464 the lady told me to call from my mobile number.then i dial the help line from my mobile number MR Imdad Hussain was on line.He ask me different details which i provided.He said that i am providing him wrong information regarding joint account.Moreover i have been receiving different information from HBL SMS #4250 for last more than one year on my mobile#0333-4259363.Instead of helping me out behavior of the gentleman Imdad Hussain is unlike of professional.it is requested to take needed action against this fellow under intimation to me otherwise i have the right to bring this notice of state bank of pakistan
