I am writing to report an issue with my JazzCash account. I have noticed that total Rs. [2696] has been deducted from my account in small parts like 399, 200, 100 Rs. per month without my authorization or consent. The transaction receipt shows “PI Pakistan Pvt Limited (PVT)” as the transaction type.
I attached last receipt on 07 Aug 2025 of 399 Rs.
and also attached total amount slip from my SMS list .
I request you to look into this matter urgently and take necessary actions to:
1. Refund the deducted amount to my account.
2. Prevent any future unauthorized transactions.
3. Provide an explanation for these transactions.
