Rs. 399 has been cut from my jazzcash account without permission and I haven’t even subscribed to any of there offers nor I have any account so how come they can deduct amount from my account. I even don’t click on any of their offers while using the web pages so how can they do this without any approval or asking any pin code etc. I need a refund plz .
