Respected Sir/Mam,
A few minutes later from this compliant, 150 Rs was deducted from my jazz cash account, and this was a total amount a had in my jazz cash account and I received a message..
“You do not have sufficient balance in your Mobile Account for this transaction. Deposit funds from nearby JazzCash Agent. Helpline: 4444, 051111124444”
It seems like they try some big amount for this transection and then I received the 2nd message..
“Thank you for using Jazzcash. Your transaction of 150 from PI PAKISTAN PVT LIMITED has been completed successfully.”
Its not about only 150Rs it’s actually about how can a company can stole money from the accounts without permission.
And they are so many transection like this they made. Mostly peoples don’t know where to complaint and what to do for this .
Kindly take a notice for this and refund my money back.
