Dear Sir,
l am writing to report an issue with my Easypaisa account . I have noticed that Rs. 499 has been deducted from my account without my authorization or consent. The transaction receipt shows” PI Pakistan Pvt limited” as the transaction type.
I attached last receipt on 24 Aug 2026 of Rs 499.
I request you to look into this matter urgently and take necessary actions to:
1. Refund the deducted amount to my account.
2. Prevent any future unauthorized transactions.
3. Provide an explanation for this transaction.
