i am postpaid customer of mobilink using m-999 package on my number 0303-6564440. on 8th april my data bundle was ended and i selected 5gb packge. but instead of package charges, company is charging per mb data charges. today i have checked my balance through *1111# showing that i have about 3000mb remaining. i have called at helpline 777 for correction of problem; company representative asked me to visit nearst franchise to solve problem. when i visit nearest franchise they asked me to call at helpline.
company have sent me a bill of round about 2000 for data usage of about one week. Plz remove these per mb net charges and correct my bill
