I use to take fuel from PSO inside Pak Secretariat, opposite to BISP building. It takes me a lot of time there even if I am the only customer at the station. The staff there is very lazy and the way they move is annoyingly lethargic.
This attitude has been observed invariably.
The authorities may address the issue positively.
