Yesterday i recieve a local call from tcs PTCL number of okara city to inform me that my parcrel has been arrived at tcs office okara city but today delivery boy did not call me about deliever my parcel when i reached to tcs office then office assistant tell me that delivery boy have no cell phone now i m calling on all tcs numbers but no any single information about my parcel its the 6th time i m facing this issue with tcs This is very poor and dirty service of tcs
I m manager of PTC company that business with tcs at huge plate form But i m very disappoint to recieve bad behaviour of tcs staff We dont want to any more business with tcs Its very local and dirty services of TCS I will send mail to tcs head office tomorrow from PTC company that our company dont want to any more business with TCS
and plz send my MCB islamic Bank debit card at my home adress and i will try in future to avoid tcs service in any case and we will not countinue tcs service with PTC company we will choose another courier company
