Dear Sir,
With all due respect I want to say that my first issue is that I give an application for Broadband in PTCL office that was not entertained properly. After the 4th month the application was entertained with consistent fallow up. Now the current issue is that the bill was not adjusted. Every month the officer in the office said that the bill is adjusted but the issue was remaining same. Every month I go to office and he just reduced the bill with pen and said that the bill is adjusted. I humbly request you to solve this issue and take an action again the officer whose name is Malik Bilawal Shoukat. I also attached a copy of bill with proof. Also improve your customer services.

    I am using Smart TV Net & telephone for last about 8 years. I have changed my internet modem about 3 weeks earlier. However, PTCL billing department has charged me for new smart TV connection.
    NOW NOBODY IS READY TO REGISTER MY COMPLAINT. MY 28 NUMBER COMPLAINT HAS BEEN CLOSED WITHOUT AS KING ME/ ANY ACTION.
    I AM IN TENSION JUST FOR NOTHING.
    PLEASE REALIZE, IT MY RELAX TIME AFTER COMING BACK FROM OFFICE, BUT LODGING COMPLAINT. ARE U GIVING ME ENTERTAINMENT OR TENSION.
