Subject: COMPLAINT REGARDING BILL PAYMENT
Dear sir,
The telephone connection installed at my property 365 J EME Society DHA Sector XII) Lahore numbering 042-35234284 received telephone bill for the month of June 2017 and was paid within due date on 31.07.2017 (due date 04.08.2017). Scanned copy of the paid bill attached. I was surprised to receive a bill in August with the June 2017 arrears included (2367.00). this bill is also attached. On contacting Allied Bank EME branch (branch code 0634) where the bill was deposited the manager admitted that the bill was received.
It is requested that the amount be credited to out PTCL number 042-35234284 immediately as the bill has been paid by us.
