I have paid my bill for the month of April 2019 and payment confirmation was also received from ptcl on 07 Jun 2019 but the current bill issued by ptcl included arears for April 2019 which I have already paid. Therefore, Kindly correct the bill and issue new bill for further processing. Regards.
