Complaint No.74 then No.12 land line/dsl internet connecting wires are lying untied with poles..regretted again. No action has so far been taken. what kind of services are that ? Reminded again…no high ups noticed complains..I am amazed that no one your rep. even bothered to visit my location..On complaint i explained that line is working but connection wires are lying on the ground / loose without any poles..She Miss Nitasha suggested to tie the wires myself..what a service..i am dis-hearted..there are lot of other options to avail net service in the market…but I keeping in view long relationship with ptcl/ufone i preferred to go for ptcl…what a pity…is someone who can take care of…regretted.
