I am PTCL BROAD band landline user allotted No. 021-325966769, I have fully paid my bill but the bill is included Arears of Sep,2017 bill in Oct,2017. please send me correct bill for further process.
My ptcl no is 0514577986. I have paid my bill for the month of April 2019 and payment confirmation was also received from ptcl on 07 Jun 2019 but the current bill issued by ptcl included arears for April 2019 which I have already paid. Therefore, Kindly correct the bill and issue new bill for further processing. Regards.
I have paid bill for land line no 0512284645 Nov 2019. And it is again included in my dec bill as arrears sent by E bill pls make correction and resend new bill
