Dear Sir,

This is Rana Rasheed Ahmed, the Managing Partner of a Football company from Ugoki, Sialkot.

Since Several years I am using the PTCL broadband service at telephone number 052 3514013 but sorry to write that I am not satisfied with its service e.g speed or disconnection. Every time when I faced such problem the concerned PTCL staff in Ugoki Telephone Exchange did not bother to remove my problem unless senior official are involved. Since last 3-4 years I am using this practice and facing such problem after every 1-2 month. I think that this problem is being created by DSL staff in Ugoki PTCL exchange because I complained for non providing he good DSL services to senior official and they disappointed with my this attempt.

Since last week I am facing speed problem with my broadband. I lodged my complaint at 1218 by 2-3 times but every time 1218 replied that PTCL representative will go to my home to solve the problem and for this job I bounded my family not to go out because when the PTCL representative come the door must be open.

Now, I have decided to remove this connection agitationally. So, I ask you to disconnect my connection. I have also circulated to all of my friends to remove PTCL connection from their homes.
