The internet and Smart TV is non functional for the last 40 hours. Complaint No. 57 is registered with PTCL. But its still not functioning. This is not a “GRATIS”, but we pay for it. Its unfair if PTCL still charges for such a poor service. PTCL does not pay attention to our complaints.
