I want to close my Ptcl broadband because our all family going to Karachi for few months. Whenever we come back we use Ptcl services again. I want to close my broadband immediately today. The bill is paid online . They still not work on it I cannot pay bill of this month I already sent email on 31 Dec 2016 kindly take an action on it .
