I am using ptcl for sometime.. many a times the landline becomes dead and broadband too. I lodged a complaint on 13 July 2017 with complaint number 1-291983287321 and despite the fact that more than a month has been past. No one has removed my grievances and I am in severe agony as I have a lot of work to do on internet. I have to do research work on law via internet. The workers of ptcl only make lies and one excuses but no one approaches to.me at all.
