My Phone # is 051-5431006. The adoptor of smart TV device is out of order. placed complaint three days ago and subsequently check the status of my complaint but adoptor not yet replaced. Please note that my TV is closed for the last 04 or 05 days due to adoptor only.
PTCL staff advised me to purchase the adoptor from local market but i want to use PTCL standard adoptor.
