Refrence to the subject cited above the under sign is a regular user of ptcl from last 20 years while paying bills on due course of time.It has been observed that my phone and DSL are disfunctinl from last 10days.I approched all chanals regarding my garievences but nither they reslved the issue nor respond, the same issue was discussed at customer facilitation center. The local telephone Exchange staff’s inhuman behaver was heartning.
Secondly repeatdly i complain to helpline but the issue was not reslved instead the complants was kept silent. Finley the inethicl behaver of PTCL staff really bothered me to quite ptcl services, therefor its requsted to disconnect my ptcl and dsl connection w,e,f june 2017,i will not be liable to pay any dues.The copy of telephone bill herewith.
