R/Sir.
it is stated that i am facing problem of DSL frequent disconnectivity issue since September 19th of 2016 . my ptcl number is 021-34662812. How many times i have called the ptcl customer service help line 1218, but still not a single action has been taken from the ptcl customer service helpline and not even from the concerned ptcl exchange for the DSL frequent disconnectivity problem. Ptcl service center has given me the complaint number 39 for DSL frequent disconnectivity issue, with the promise that a PTCL representative will visit at your address for resolving this issue, since September 19th 2016 I am waiting for PTCL representative, but he is not coming and moreover I have not received a single call from your concerned department that my DSL frequent disconnectivity problem has either been resolved or not. It is requested to you that kindly make arrangements for restoring my Dsl services. I am a grade 17 officer in a ministry of overseas Pakistanis & HRD and I have to do some office work at home, the nature of this work requires proper connected internet services.
Note:- I am not a defaulter of PTCL and pay my PTCL dues on time.
