I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Internet Connection Lost (continue LOS red light) I have been experiencing with my internet connection since 20th of May 2025.
This issue has caused considerable disruption to my freelance work and online engagements.
I have made multiple calls to PTCL customer care center (1218), and they repeatedly just report as “We are aware of the issue and our team is already working on it.” and it is area outage issue, on other hand my 2 neighbours’ internet flash-fiber is working fine and smooth. Then how the PTCL team said it is an internet issue. Either it as a whole area issue than too PTCL team should resolve this issue, but we did not examine PTCL support experts in our area.
Therefore, I would be grateful if you could investigate this matter with urgency and implement the necessary measures to rectify the problem, ensuring a reliable and stable internet service.
