Dear Sir
My name is Mohsin my PTCL no 02132242357 I am 5 years user of ptcl broadband I complaint in garden exchange so many time that line has been damage change the wire but after complaint so many time they just join a wire not change still my net not connect properly and my ptcl phone is off there is no any benefit for the NET if your garden exchange can not resolve my problem then plz disconnected my net service I have become tyred to do complain again and again.
