I have paid my pervious.
I have paid my pervious bill but again it come in new bill.
lineman ne bataya tha k expenses dal k bill 1800RS tk aayega . but first bill RS 2,650 aaya hai. hmara budget disturb hogya hai. hm ne sahoolat k liye ptcl net lgwaya tha. but is ka bill bht zayada hai .kindly, jitna hoske bill km ki jiye .plz plz plz

i am using ptcl broad band.
i am a student and using student package.
but still recieving bill more than 1500.
i have talked with customer care center but i am still facing the problem…
i will be very thank full to you if you act on my complaint.
