hi,
i have recently changed my connection from 2MB TO 4MB. after that i noticed that the speed is too slow that i can not even browse google as it takes alot of time. every time we have to put a complain against it. if i am being charged for 4MB connection then the speed should be up to the standard. it is ridiculous.
i want to get it fixed within 30 mins or i will take this complain to higher level.
also my landline gets dead twice a week.
