Sir,
I have issue in my ptcl landline and dsl internet both. My bill last date was 20-03-2021, but i paid bill before 07-03-2021, but still there is issue in my ptcl landline and dsl inetnet, i have complaint in your customer care helpline and my complaint no 42 & 47. kindly solve my problem as soon as possible, otherwise i will discounted with ptcl as customer. and looking for another network. but i am satisfied with ptcl before this issue begin with me, so i want to connect with you as your customer so i am happy if you solve my problem today and i hope it will never repeat again.
