I lounge two complaints against ptcl land line and broadband accordingly complaint numbers 70 and 11 dated 22.05.2017 but there is not take any action from your organisation
I humbly request to you resolve the issues of land line and broadband on priority basis otherwise I will have to decide termination of ptcl services
I hope PTCL take action on priority basis
