The worst performance of Gulzar-e-Hijri exchange to resolve complains. Many reminders has sent on your helpline 1218, visited exchange three times, personally contacted the line man but the problem is still their.
1) Land line complain No 65 was registered on 23-09-2017 still in pending for cable fault,
2) complain registered for DSL on 02-10-2017 is not resolved.
3) complain registered for iptv on 02-10-2017 is still not resolved
Paying heavy bill for all services in time but result is mental torture for above said problems.
