My landline phone bearing no 0223861905 is in problem for more than 2 years,It is never been steady for more than 15 days every time I have to lodge complaint for rectification of fault and it take 2/3 days for rectification.very poor performance it shows incapability of running the department.Seems every thing out of control field staff, maintenance skills and
appoch towards addressing of problem
for making failure the existing government policies ptcl officials deputed to work in Latifabad Hyderabad are found negligent in redress of general public complaints relating DSL services in order the public could be kept ignore of policies ….Lower staff specially the field technicians are not properly supervised by high responsible and their negligence providing proper services to is ignored
