i did the payment of PTCL landline bill for month of april 2017 within due date i.e before 6th may, and now i received a bill of march 2017 with overdue on 19th june 2017 and i try to do the payment but bank are not accepting it so i loaded duplicate bill which was of month May but due date is 7th may 2017 which is already passed what is the problem ?
