Dear Sir,
Reference to the subject matter, I Syed Muhammad Tarique made the complain on dated Sep 9, 2016 (Complain Number 69) but still no response received. The complain is still under process it is important to mention that nazimabad telephone exchange people consist of corrupt and un professional. It happened twice to me they are worst in their service. I think if the people have other option they will go with that, pathetic services by PTCL. I hope after the above lines they will work on it.
