I’m really disappointed with ptcl services, there connectivity was too slow, I called to ptcl helpline for disconnection. The person who were on call said me that please visit any ptcl branch for disconnection, I took break from my office and I went there in f11 markaz ptcl branch, I asked them to please disconnect my ptcl number but they are misguiding me. The both representatives are not sure about there rules and policies, then yesterday i received a call from ptcl, and there is an another person who were misbehaving me and giving me threats. Please take notice on it and please do contact with me.
