Land Line and Broadband
I have logged my complaint regarding Dead PTCL home landline, my Broadband service is down, my PTCL TV service is down.
I have logged complaint 5 days back, but still waiting for PTCL team to respond to my request. Till now NO RESPONSE.
I have heard regarding PTCL poor after sales services, but I have experienced the same, the worst ever services of PTCL team to rectify a minor problem.
They dam care about customers and their loses, but they are very efficient in sending you bills and charging you just for NOTHING.
